Can I get it back?

The same screen comes up. Nothing is changing. It wont boot. It goes off. I power back on it shows the M screen then it goes to the black screen

I think I got it. It's wiping all user data right now.

Same problem as op. However, I can't make it wipe all user data so it continues to show err:A5,70,39,00,27.
