Can apps unfreeze themselves?

This has happened for 5 days in a row, just out of nowhere. Every night, several (not all) of the apps that I've frozen will unfreeze themselves and proceed to automatically update themselves from the android market. The apps that do this are: citrix receive 2.1.1059, my verizon mobile, skype mobile, and zumocast. In order to get them off my "my apps" list on the market I have to uninstall updates, uncheck automatic updates, go back into titanium and refreeze them. I've done this 5 nights in a row, its extremely annoying.

Is this a bug with titanium, or verizon being an evil genius? How do I stop them from unfreezing themselves?

Do you have Chuck Norris mode enabled? Go to settings in TiBU and see.

Can you uninstall the myverizon and Skype apps from /settings/apps/manage apps?

No. The option to uninstall them is not available from there. I can probably uninstall them from within titanium. But I don't want to delete those apps. I just want them frozen.

Hmm. Have you tried using Root Explorer to navigate to /system/app and rename the apk to bak?

No, I haven't tried that. I guess those apps must be sentient or something...

Ya I've never had that issue on any device, but many apps haven't been updated for the new devices like the d3, bionic, etc.
