Does the X have any type of zoom feature? If so, I can't find it and if not, I'm surprised.

    Thanks!

Did you try long pressing on the screen?

The volume keys control the zoom, conveniently.

Excellent - thanks. I pressed every other button and could not find it in on-line manual. I think I will be learning this phone for the next 6 mos.

Quick question while we're on the subject of camera options:
How do I silence the shutter sound and is there a way to display a grid on the screen?

You can silence the shutter by having your ringer on silent or vibrate. However there seems to be no way to silence the focus-lock sound.

Probably need to look for 3rd party apps for the grid.
