It's like they try to launch but can't. Screen flickers like it tries but can't stay running. Holding Home reveals that the process is still running. This is on a rooted Droid2 on Froyo 2.2. Just noticed this today. Not sure what caused it. Apps dl'ed recently:

Anyone else have this issue in the past? Assume I should start freezing apps until I nail down the culprit?
