camcorder and video playback issues

I have the mar 15 th version installed. The video camera won't record.Also when watching videos the are acting like they are on a skip/pause mode. They don't play continuously. I need a fix! Can't seem to find a rom that will allow Wi-Fi tether.. cameras work... send pictures via text msg... it would be nice to have everything working!Also would be nice if camera filled the whole screen!

DUDE the only advice I can give is to wait till the developers of fine roms like dhacker and Droid theory get a hold of the official ics then they will be able to pick it apart and have everything working flawlessly ..
