Call volume

Hello,

What are everyone's thoughts about call volume from the earpiece? I feel like it's quieter than the OG Droid, and it's a problem when there's any amount of noise in my vicinity.

Any apps that can make it louder?

Does the "speaker" setting in Volume+ effect the earpiece volume? I guess I thought it was only for the speakerphone.

(And maybe I'm using the wrong term. By 'earpiece' I don't mean the headphones -- I mean the ear speaker on the phone itself.)

I am needing to turn that volume up as well. Volume+ doesn't seem to turn that volume up, only the ringtone and notifications. Any ideas?

There is an option for increasing "In Call Volume".

My volume is great now it started off low but now all volumes are loud!!!

Yes mine is fine now.. I do not root my phones. When to Crankintopwater69 through Gtalk. I could barely hear him. I used the phone until the Battery completely drained. When I charged it the The speaker volume improved greatly without Volume+. I removed NFC to get good Battery life. Mine is working like a champ now...
