Call settings- text reply...

When I go to Settings/Call settings/Text message reply, I have "enable ignoring calls with a text message" checked. Under Edit messages there are three texts, each with a white dash inside a red circle. However none of my callers are receiving texts when I don't answer their calls.

Does anyone know how to make this feature work?

When you press ignore on incoming calls, it will give you the option of which text to send.

Do you want to extend the same feature to outgoing calls? e.g. Someone does not pick your outgoing call and if you feel an urge to tell them "Its important" or "Call me back without fail" or "Its immergency!!".
