Call has been Lost

Suddenly my phone will not dial out although i can receive. I get a "Call has been lost" right after I dial. I have very strong signals and battery is quite full.

Yes, I have pulled battery numerous times, yes, I have uninstalled Google Voice, yes I have changed my EVRC back and forth. I am pretty up on tech problems.

Is anyone else experiencing this and found solutions? thanks for your assistance.

did you try calling *228? It connects you to the best tower, i believe.

If you did and it doesn't work, I have no idea. Should swap the phone.
