Calendar not syncing from phone to outlook.

Probably a simple question. When I enter an appointment on Outlook, it automatically syncs with the calendar on my incredible, but not vice versa. How do I make the sync change to push both ways? Thanks.

Phone not Syncing to outlook

I have an S3 and I was having the same problem I tried apps but in the end I was using the wrong calendar in my phone. My calendars are colors coded so it was just a matter of trying each calendar in my phone until is worked. This might be your problem as well, try going into ypur setting and using a differnet calendar account in your phone
