Calendar Help... Is it just me?

So yes I know if I log into google calendar I can do these two things but I can't seem to on my Dinc2. Or Am I missing something..?

1) If I want to create a event that I want to repeat. I can do that but can't seem to give it a end date.

2) and there does not seem to be away to make the default remind "none"

Its not jut you. Seems like a limitation of the calendar app
