Calendar app for my desktop and phone?

Hi there...Is there a calendar app that I can use on my PC desktop and my Droid Maxx as well? I've been using Calengoo for years but they have no desktop version. And I've read that I cannot put my Google Calendar on my desktop homescreen?
I would appreciate any suggestons.Thanks so much!

Yes, I do want the calendar to stay on my pc desktop...It would be nice to view and edit my calendar on my pc desktop without having to log into my Google calendar. Thanks Shadez
