Cacn't download from the Market

Every time I try to download something, it says "App will be downloaded and installed"....but it never is. I can't install from my web browser any more either. Anyone else having this problem?

Go into your apps and find the Play Store and force stop and clear data, then reboot into recovery and clear cache, and try again.

No. Plenty of room there. It must be some kind of connection problem.
