Just got my bionic after being with BB for 4 years and now I am free. I am having some issues trying to set up my work email big time. And not sure how to disable the private caller.

Thanks,

Seamus

Welcome to the forums, and to the world of Android!

How are you setting it up? If it's outlook based, then I'm guess it's Exchange?

If you go through the corp. sync it should pick it up as Exchange, and ask you for the required stuff.

then maybe I getting the my info wrong????

If you log in from a desktop, do they offer instructions on how to add to like android and what not? Or at least the info you need?

I know it can be done, cause I helped someone with a Droid PRO add their companies Outlook exchange up.

How I have had to set up my exchange account is as follows:

if your email is [email protected] or something similar...set it up like this:

xxxxxxxx.xxxxx.com\[email protected] for domain\username

password...well enter yours

for server m.outlook.com or when you log onto your email from your computer, it will show you another server. Mine was sn2prd0202.outlook.com

check both boxes.

should work.

Make sure you choose manual setup.
