Buying new droid - would love some help

Hi there, new to these forums so if I've posted in the wrong place let me know.

I'm going to buy a new Droid and have a few specifications:

• Needs some form of HDMI out
• Going for a smaller phone (my Droid RAZR is too big) around 4 inches
• Nice display (doesnt need to be HD due to smaller phone)

The phones I have narrowed it down to is the Sony Xperia P and the HTC Droid Incredible 4g LTE.

1. Are there any other phones available or soon to be released like these?
2. I live in the UK and I dont even know if the Incredible will be released here, so should I wait and see if the Incredible will be released in the UK or go ahead and purchase an Xperia P?

Didn't really look anything up but if your looking for an Incredible in the UK wouldn't that be the HTC Sensation line?
