Ok here's the deal... i rooted my phone and played around with some 2.1 ROMs, etc. but I eventually decided to go back to 2.0.1... So I went back to the stock recovery image, put on a clean 2.0.1, and even did a factory reset. I thought I was completely back to normal until I went to system/bin in Astro. In this directory there was busybox and some other stuff probably from being rooted. I don't have a nandroid folder or su anymore, so will OTA updates do anything unexpected with this busybox file(and others). Does the busybox file even mean its still installed on the phone? Thanks in advance

could always adb or terminal emulate and see what busybox at a shell prompt brings.
