how do i find out when bugless beast updates their ROMs?
and when they do have an update what is the process for installing that update, and removing the old rom as I have heard it slows down the phone when you dont remove old roms before installing the new one

The newer versions of bb are supposed to have removed this. Update to 0.7.4 and you shouldn't have this problem

Yeah, I'm on .7.4 (waiting Pete's newest release with the Taz kernel 'built in') but it is working on .7.4.

Some people report that if you use the update.zip the auto rotate is still there, and a full nandroid backup must be done on BB to get rid of the auto rotate.

I only use the update.zip method and I lost auto rotate when I went to 7.4. I miss it, I liked it.

Yep, as we're finding with nearly everyone's Droid. They have all been modified so frequently and via different methods. It's wonder anything ever operates the same from one droid to the next. Even stock phones behave differently due to different apps, settings, etc.
