Im new to this Droid hacking. I rooted my X last night and I would like to download a ROM and change up my droid a bit. When I try to get bootstrap to go into recovery, it goes into the stock recovery instead of the bootstrap recovery. Anyone know how to fix this or know what im doing wrong? I've looked everywhere and haven't been able to find a solution. Thanks in advance!

when you opened the bootstrap app are you sure you pressed the boottrap recovery button and granted it super user access?

Yeah I granted access. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and still hasn't worked. When it boots into recovery, it comes up with the android guy and an exclamation mark which is the normal android recovery.
