broken screen on droid razr need help

i just dropped my razr and broke the screen how can i unroot and go back to the original ROM it has the eclipse ROM on it

i cant see anything on the screen but it still recieves text and calls but i cant see anything

If your screens broken, its not a warranty situation so why do you need to unroot? I'm just curious...

i want to send it back so i can get can it replaced by insurance

not sure if i need to unroot and remove that ROM or not so i can send it back unless somebody has another solution to get it fixed

Is your phone insurance through Asurion? I don't think you send the phone back to them

yeah its asurion. So it wouldnt matter if my phone was rooted and a different ROM?

If the phone can't turn on I don't see how they would know it's rooted, but I am not 100% sure about that. And by the time they could get it fixed or repaired or whatever, it will be too late because you would already have your replacement.

When i formerly worked at a larger network that sold asurion, you sent back the broken phone. That was about 2 years ago though.
