Broken, help

Ota'ed to JB. Regained root, and made sure it was working. Sucessfully installed CWM recovery. Flashed de-ox file and wiped cashe and delvik like it said. It boots and says encryption unsuccessful, factory data reset required and wont let me do anything... I also cant get into recovery and FXZ fails... Any ideas?

I just looked again and in infinite wisdom I missed that part where it said do not use bootstrap. I was reading the instructions for the ICS version so I failed. But now I need help to get it back...

well if you have jellybean .. you cannot go back to ics.. and since you tried you deodexed now you have to rsd lite jellybean... there is a root hack out now but its Linux based only. make sure and go into recovery before you rsd that you don't have a boot failure (S)

I tried to RSD JB but it fails in the first few steps...
