Bose Bluetooth earpiece

I have a Bose BT handsfree earpiece that doesn't seem to work very well. I seem to have issues with it not ending a call when I get someones voicemail. After I leave my message, it won't hang up after hitting the call button. I have to hang up using the touch screen. Not very hands free! I have this paired with two phones. Both are Droids. I also can't hang up after a call at random times. If teh other party hangs up it's gine. There are times when I just can't get it to work by hitting the call button to go into voice commands. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to get this handsfree unit to work consistently. Are others having the same issues?

I love the fit and sound quality but the functionality is driving me nuts.

If it doesn't work with either device then I'd suggest another BT headset.
