Hello everybody. Ive been trying to be as self sufficient as possible with this but I cant find an answer to my problem. Ive tried flashing the most recent BB rom as well as the most recent cyanogen mod. Both installed fine, but once I got to the boot screen with the droid eye, or blue droid skater, it looped back and started over until I pulled the battery. I made a backup prior to flashing the roms, so the phone is fine, but Id like to try out some mods now that Im rooted! I also wiped the cache, but not the data. Any help on what might be causing the loop would be great!!

    Thank-you!

The best policy for installing a new ROM is to backup everything, then wipe data, cache, boot and system, then install the new ROM. Otherwise some system apps or boot files could be held over and mess up the install.
