Got my Razr last night; took it home, set it up, charged it and went to bed. Woke up this morning checked emails etc opened a webpage and browser kept closing. No force close error it just went away. Then I went into the market to install an app and I got a message saying it could not be downloaded to usb or sd card. So i think alright i'll just reboot and see if that fixes these errors.

    Then bam!

"AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S) (Boot Failure)"

Device was not rooted. Took it back to verizon they hadn't seen that error before so they scratched their heads and gave me a new one..

I've seen this type of error on earlier droids after being rooted but not a stock device. Has anybody else run into this?

It just sounds like something was corrupted. Not sure if that would be HW or SW though!
