I think the gif is damaged.. all I could see is legs.. or is that correct?

Got it.. Are you wanting this to boot in landscape or portrait?.. one is easy the other is gonna be a pain..

Reset the resolution for the Gnex.. Landscaped - looped - Download

If it lags let me know and I will reduce the image density more.

Works prefer but I don't think it needs to loop asleep maybe if it need more animation can you maybe make the zoom into the eye towards the end have the nexus boot show then run till it boots
if to hard just no loop

Looking at what you have in your desc.txt file and the number of frames you have....

You are running 3 frames at 19 frames per second over two loops.. that will last less than half a second and your boot will be done

Make this adjustment in your desc.txt file

From:

720 1280 19
p 2 0 part1

To:

720 1280 05
p 0 0 part1

From this - >

To this - >

That should slow the flashing down and put it on infinite loop..
