boot animation?

anyone know of any nice boot animations for the nexus? the flashy color stuff hasn't grown on me at all, and seems to do nothing but waste battery. anyone know how to change it to something simple?

easy, download the one you want either with your phone or on your computer and then transfer to a folder you want. Reboot in to recovery (you can use RomManager for this), find the .zip file you saved (bootanimation) select, and after it installs, reboot. Done.
