Bluetooth issues?

I have a blueant Q1 I sent back and got a new one already. Blueant support said my issue is the droid itself. So today I tested a buddies jawbone 2 and it sounded the same. I used his storm with his jawbone 2 and it was 50% louder using the storm.

Is this a Droid issue in general or the one I have?
