Hey guys, I'm on Jrummy's Blue Shiz Rom and I'm trying to edit this battery:[IMG]

    (link)http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-themes/27169-round-battery-icon.html

I already got the battery in the rom, (with an updated version of the blue bat. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-themes/27169-round-battery-icon-24.html)

the problem is that this battery only shows the percent in intervals of (mostly) 20% (so 100, 80, 60, 40, 20, (oops) 10, 0

The zip file only included images for the above percentages, I photoshopped in the missing 90, 70, 50, 30, 15, and 5... What do I need to do to have my images included with the originals on the battery? (the attached zip is my version, with my interval added[100,90,80,70,60,50,40,30,20,15,10,5,0])

I imagine I'm missing some kind of code... but I have NO idea what that might be... help?

    thanks

wish I understood the code myself

Im sure someone around here can figure it out or point in the right direction. If you get it going id love to have one in green if you can do that as well :) mine only counts by 20 as well.

How about if you could just remove all the numbers and use spare parts battery info and change the color

android os only uses battery icons for the 20% increments. the 10 increments added in cyanogen were added in a different way and have nothing to do with the battery icons. you cant add the extra ones, no matter how hard you try or ask.

Thanks for all the advice! I got it to work; 10% increments with 5% increments below 20%

Which issue are you talking about? and I didn't design mine to work with bugless, It will work with cyanmod, because of spare parts and its battery feature

Does this work with 2.1? Really want this however EVERY version i find only works for 2.0... Duno why people are still running this old version. when i go to apply this in MM it just sits on applying and never does anything, reboot and i still have old version.

That is probably because you're using the wrong file. The originally posted round battery was designed to work on an older version of metamorph, it used .thm files, now metamorph uses .XML files. Just find somebody who updated it

The one he posted has both .thm and .XML files. when i click on the XML file and apply it my phone just sits there applying it forever untill i hit the home key to escape.
These are my Steps (i gotta be doing something wrong?)

    1. Start Checks
    2. Pick existing theme
    3. Click Blue_Round Battery
    4. Click Blue_Round_Battery.XML
    5. A pop up comes up stating what it is (only option is "Close")
    6. Click on Framework-res.apk
    7. Apply It!
    8. Another pop up with Continue? or Skip. I Click Continue?

This is where it'll sit for 10+ mins saying that it is "Applying Framewrok-res.apk theme" and nothing happens.

When i used MM to unzip it i get an error saying a file is missing. So i unzipped it with my computer to the AndroidThemes folder and i'm running Adamz Smoked Glass 6.0 ROM

Not really sure why its doing that for you, I used metamorph to extract it here
I had many issues with these files as well MM is glitchy but does work just have to keep messing with it.
Heres the older one for you
    Hope it helps
I keep both installed on my phone just dont let it update this one is all

rename the file extension to .apk then run as normal off your sd card
