Blackberry Contacts -> Droid X Contacts

I have a .ipd file on my desktop containing just my contacts from the BB Storm I had. The guy at the Verizon store said I could transfer the file to my droid x. I don't know where to put the file or how it works. Help?

never used it but maybe u can convert it into a csv file (which gmail can read)

Good luck I'm trying to use this now for a friend. If you don't register the software you can only export 10 contacts per file and the .csv doesn't work with gmail so all the contacts come up unknown and have to be edited.

I think the best way is to syn to outlook, if you have it, and then upload the vcard files to gmail.

The slightly longer way if you have already disconnected service:

• Sync you BlackBerry to your computer using BlackBerry Desktop Manager (instructions here: Syncing Outlook contacts with your Blackberry )
• Your contacts will now be in Outlook
• Continue on to this: Export Contacts from Outlook and Import to Motorola Droid (Android 2.0)
