I figured out how to get the market to stay themed in black glass. Those with this theme know what I mean: the newer 2.12 market force updates itself, thus overwriting the themed version and going back to the stock green look.
All you need to do is go into root explorer and rename "market updater.apk." Then go to manage apps and select "market," then uninstall updates.
Presto!
Themed market is back!
