Installed DM 1.0. Applied Smoked Glass 2.0. Clock text is still black?

You have to install the white clock hack. Pretty sure its part of the DroidMod installation procedure.

Hmm. Don't remember seeing that option. I'll have to check.

I'm confident that I can follow the directions and get this to work...But how the hell do I open it up to begin working? I know to unzip the download, but then what? Lol...Did I just miss something? The help file doesn't explain what to do to get into xUltimate to follow the directions for changing the clock...

If you use xultimate you have the option to completely remove the clock as well. Thats what I did

Got 'em. I've adb pushed some stuff before, but it didn't work...I'm kinda confused here...I followed the directions he gives for changing nothing but the clock, and xUltimate pulls all of the apps and frame stuff, then it copies them to the done folder, then you do the "setup xU for already deodexed roms" (how do I know if mine is?), then it says to adb push the services.jar to the phone. So is the services.jar in the "done" folder the one I was supposed to push?

That would be awesome. That's the kinda thing I was looking for, but every thread I found when searching suggested the xUltimate approach...

If I can't make the clock white, I was thinking about metamorphing the "bar fix" that I found somewhere, but I'll have to find it again. It simply puts a grey-ish bubble around the clock, but I'm not sure if it replaces the notification tray. I don't want that. Seems like the file only had a .png of a bar though.

Also...now that I think about it...I think I might've seen someone ask about a red bubble in the notification bar for the theme that I'm using...Might check on that as well.

Thanks for all of your help guys!

You can also change fonts with metamorph thanks to skaggz as well as change the verizonwireless in the notifacation panel. I did a write up on this at Droid Things For the Roots and Toots

I tried Skaggz's mm theme to put the Droid font on my phone...Nothing happened. lol. It said it successfully installed and asked me to reboot and when it came up, my font was stock...

I've tried it on Bugless Beast 2.1 (the first incarnation) and am now running Bugless Beast ERES25 V.3 if that makes any difference. I couldn't get the Droidinator http://www.droidforums.net/forum/dr...nator-manigma-new-improved-now-metamorph.html theme to work on the first bb 2.1 rom, but it worked like a charm on the ERES25, so I was hoping I could change the font, but no dice...

Hmmm... that's weird. I am running Droid mod and it worked like a charm. He also updated his font zip. So you don't have to manualy UN zip it. Can now use metamorph to unzip it. Mayby try the new file...

Downloading the files in that link up ^there now. Will report findings. lol.

STILL want to either change the clock to white (easiest way possible), or get a notification bar with red in the background...I'm reading through the droidinator discussion, because I swear there was someone who asked about getting that red bubble behind the clock, and I thought someone else provided it...Haha! Damnit...I need to just start downloading stuff I think I MIGHT want to use...Lol

Is there ANY theme with a white clock built it? And if so, could I simply apply another theme ontop of it and have everything from the theme on top, but also the white clock? Seems like that'd get effed up...

these don't change the color of the clock though, do they? And I'm not sure I want ALL of my fonts to change a certain color...Is this just for settings menu and those things? I feel like those are pretty much all I've seen screenshots of..contacts would be ok too, but I want apps to stay the same. Guessing they will, since they're all third-party?
