If you are complaining about the power button placement of all things, i'm not sure you want a bionic. I can't imagine what will happen when you have a REAL problem.
No problems here. Once I put down my original Droid I was used to the Bionic's power button. It's a small thing to get use to with such an improvement from the D1.
