If i understand correctly the webtop runs off of basicly ubuntu. (Correct me if im wrong, please) If that is true can i open a terminal and ssh to a server? If you wanna test this but dont have a server to connect to try: bill.kutztown.edu The whole reason i would be buying the lapdock/webtop/whatever its called is to work on coding assignments on a Unix server that i connect to through the terminal via SSH. Thanks in advance.

There are a couple SSH apps in the market. The webtop feature will allow you to access all apps on the phone and in landscape/full screen. There is a separate window that duplicates the phone display in addition to the desktop. You can use it to control all normal functions of the phone. Download an SSH app from the market and try with the Bionic first. If that works, then it will most likely work in web top.
    Look for SSHDroid in market.

--edit-- Try ConnectBot instead. SSHDroid is designed for SSH to the bionic.
