After one week my new Bionic decided to act up. For no reason at all, after it went into sleep mode, it would not wake up. Sleep mode meaning the screen goes black after a few minutes. The only way I could get the phone back up was to remove the battery and hit the power button. Per Verizon's suggestion I did a master reset. Next day the phone shut off again. Verizon's solution, since I am in the 14 day trial period, take the phone back and get another one. Unbelievable!
