Bionic isnt recognized via flashboot??? in rsd lite or R3l3AS3DRoot_Windows_V2.1

I cannot for the life of me get my droid to be recognized in fastboot. ive tried both volume buttons to enter fast boot. and just the volume down and power button with success.
1.ive tried moto drivers 5.2.0, 5.2.1 and 5.4.0.
2.ive tried also rsd lite 5.5 and 5.6
3.ive tried three methods R3l3AS3DRoot_Windows_V2.1, rsd lite, and bionic path saver.
4.i have the original usb cable.
What am i missing????

Solved.... It must be some lost driver issue. i installed everything on my laptop and bing! it sees and installs driver in fastboot! now to uninstall all drivers on my desktop and try to fix issue
