I have had my note 2 since the day that it came out. I have had no problems with this phone at all, but starting this morning every time I turn on my internet it takes to Bing. I have never used bing in my life. Is bing the default browser on this phone?

Usually that is an app that you downloaded which changed your default homepage/search engine.... Have you downloaded any Windows apps?? Hotmail/ Xbox 360? anything that may have changed it? You can just change the default back in the settings...
