Bgill...what is a good xml editor to use? And is this something I shouldn't be messing with?

I'm trying to get the white numbers that appear above the dialpad to be a different color, and if possible, a different font.

If this is do-able...by someone like me...of limited talents...could you please point me to a good editor, and where those particular xml files would be located? I'd really appreciate it. If this is not a good thing for me to try...do you know someone that can help me with it? I can embed it within the theme file once all is ready.

    Thanks!

I'm just looking for the font, and the color of the numbers that appear after being typed on the red dialer (in my case). I'd like the numbers above to appear in the same font as the dialer, and gold in color. But if it involves XML editing...that's my challenge. I just learned how to do an icon last night...lol. So I'm super challenged...but teachable if I can get the steps down.

Is there a way to point a specific font/color in the way I described for my dialer?

This is what I'm hoping to do: Take the font and a different color of that font in section B, and have it show up in section A when I press the dialer numbers. Does that make sense? I'm confusing myself now...lol

I think that the "Font" in section B is actually a .png graphic and not a true font.

True, what I think also is that changing the font changes the whole system's font. I don't think you can isolate a single font for a particular section (at least I think) You might be able to color it though and that will involve some hex editing in the xml (I think o_O). To read the XML you'll have to use some kinda of decoder/printer since it's jumbled up or something lol. Again no expert here so please correct me if I'm talking BS. lol
