Beyond New

I'm a foster parent, and my kids tell me I'm a technological dinosaur. I admit I'm pretty lost with this new "phone" I'm carrying around. My previous phone was a Palm Treo and THE ONLY reason I had that was so I could synch Outlook to it for my business. I deliberately had the internet capability turned off. I didn't use ANY of the features beyond synching it to my laptop. Here is this new "phone" (its hard for me to call it that) and it won't synch with Outlook at all. I barely can answer the thing. I joined here in hopes of picking up some tips.

I don't even know where to look to give you anything more specific than Motorola Droid 3 from Verizon? Is that what you want to know?
