No Root Screenshot It by Edward Kim works - it is a paid app tho and is easy to setup/configure. That is the only "non-root" one I have tried.

Posts like this will be keeping me from rooting my Razr. Now, if someone comes up with an over-clocking app without rooting, I'll be complete! :blink:

Can you over clock the Razr? Isn't it already running nearly flat out?
