best place to order a nexus 7?

In your opinion/ experience, would it be better to order a nexus 7 from the Google play store or try to get one from a brick and mortar place?

I'm not real sure.. but I think at this point it'd be better to get it from Google on the play store.. but I haven't really looked into it. Sorry I couldn't help more

I'd go with the Google Play store. They're giving a free copy of Transformers Dark of the Moon and also store credit. Can't beat getting it anywhere else other than the original source when it comes to deals like that:hail:

That's what I ended up doing. I ran to the local GameStop and asked if they had any just in case but they didn't. Went straight home and ordered a 16gb model

Did you your tried to search on Amazon or Ebay. I think you will find from these sites.

Need some convincing, worth hanging onto my Xoom or sell it and get a Nexus 7?

Pros: better screen, smaller/better package, it's a Nexus
Cons: no expandable memory, smaller internal storage. so pretty much lack of memory.

Don't really use my Xoom too often. A bit heavy to lug around and gets real tiring trying to hold, even with standup case.
