Best Launcher (in your opinion)

Currently running ADWLauncher and I have really liked it for the most part but I am finding I get alot of force closes lately. Im looking for what all of you are using for your Launcher and why you chose it. :icon_ banana:

I finally took the plunge with launcher pro today, and i must admit, its pretty sexy. The option to have 5 rows on each home screen sold me. Quite useful and fast

Currently I'm trying the ADW standalone, but LauncherPro is pretty sweet (although I seem to have more F/C with LauncherPro than ADW). Helix 1 is nice too.

I've had GDE since I got the Droid last November, but I haven't used it for some time. The cube was nice and all, and the app dock was cool, but if you're using Live Wallpaper it looks pretty blah.

ADW here, extremely customizable now, transparent app drawer is great, adjusted right and getting maybe 30-40% speed increase over what I had with Launchero

I missed the why part. Speed, smoothness, snappiness, quickness, preview screens for both. ADW for customization.

ADW for Nav dots, I hate the first/last page bounce; I can turn it off with ADW.
