Hello! I just got my Galaxy Note 8. It has Samsung Health in it but I just want to know if what are the best health apps that you can recommend.

just stick with samsungs health app. that is really all you need and it seems to work pretty good though it would work a whole lot better if you had a smartwatch to work with it.

Thank you for your suggestion. I was checking this site and I come across about chat rooms that talk about mental health issues. If only there are also mental health apps that can be downloaded on your phone that would be great.

    I am using MyFitnessPal.
I also think there are mental health apps, but not sure if they are clinically proven and potentially effective. Just check out play store

There are a plenty of apps on the market. Everything depends on your needs. Personally, I appreciate fitness apps and my favorite one is JEFIT.As for food and nutrition, I prefer to use Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker by MyFitnessPal
