I don't like the fit on the Seido in the back and sides. I was hoping it would fit together a little more smoother. The Speck case with it easily scratching also is disappointing. I like color cases and mostly find black. The pink Seido case is the ugliest pink. Still waiting on a case I like.

For what it's worth, I'm very satisfied with the Seidio Active. I really didn't think I'd like it as much as I do, now that I have one. Looks good, and I think it provides a good balance of protection (with the dual layers) without being overly bulky.

Otterbox definitely is not just a skin. They make more than just Android cases too, and they are all pretty high quality too, regardless of the type of case. I checked out their ipad mini cases that they sell on other sites and they are pretty high quality. My ipad mini survived a chest-to-floor drop with nothing but a scuffed-up case. If the droid cases are anything like the ipad one, I'd say otterbox is a great choice.
