    I exchanged my droid tonight at BBY, today is the last day of my 30 day exchange. I had a scratch on the glass, no idea how it got there (see earlier thread in forum). Decided it was worth a try, worst they can say is no. Walked up to the customer service desk, told him I wanted to exchange my phone, he looked at the receipt and looked at the purchase date and said "no problem". Didn't ask me why I wanted to exchange it or if anything was wrong with it. They swapped out my info on the other phone, I took my original memory stick and battery and I was good to go. New droid, no scratches, big up to the big blue box and 30 day no questions asked return policy. :icon_ banana:
