What is the best battery Widget for the RAZR?

I use "BATTERY HD" . Even shows your battery in 1% increments in your notification tray! Pretty nice, works for me.
Size, type, color - Totally customizable!

I use the battery widget from Beautiful Widgets since I hide my top status bar.

I also use the beautiful battery widget with a different skin.
It shows you in 20% blocks and even shows half blocks for 10%.

Try Battery Monitor Widget by FSINIB. Some REALLY cool stats screens and charts, plus very nice widgets and access from the status bar.

I'm another Battery HD user. The dev is very helpful, especially when the widgets weren't working properly on 2.3 GB Razr.

I found BatteryXL to be a huge help with saving my battery and it allows you to set up commands for changing settings at certain times, such as volume, screen, wifi, data, etc. I liked it on GB and I think it's working great on ICS also.
