Power amp had a phone speaker eq setting that works awesome. Plus it has a limit switch on it, which you can enable so you won't blow your phone speaker. Poweramp also has custom settings which you can set up, so it automatically chooses the eq setting based on if your headphones are plugged in or not. Trust me its the best one out there.
