Beep for missed call despite being in priority / silent mode after 5.1 update

Yeah it's just on the turbos...as far as I can tell

I do not get a beep or anything other than a missed call symbol on top of screen

I also receive a beep when the caller hangs up. Very annoying. I have tried all setting but can not figure out why this occurs.

Okay, I do get a hang up beep, but no beep to tell me I missed a call.
