My battery quit charging full and started only going to 80% and has kept going down. Now it will only charge to 40%. I have bought new batteries and even charged in another charger but won't charge full. Any suggestions?
You need to reset the battery stats. Let the battery run down to about 5% then turn the phone off. Charge for the oem recommended time (usually 4-8 hours) and power on. Repeat this step 2 or 3 times and you should be good to go.
