Your good up to 140f. Look on your battery in the fine print it lists the max temp.

Hope that helps ease your mind.

Evidentally it was in celcius. It's touch actually 95 degrees. Does a hot battery drain faster?

Welcome to life with a 4G phone. I've had 7 so far, and all have run hot from time to time. If it gets over 50, or stays hot, I would push for another device.

Mine is currently at 91.4. If you have the same one as me, I believe its called battery indicator, the phone will let you know if the battery is at good health or overheating.

I've just recently started using set CPU and learned thy one of the risks is overheating the battery. My battery is generally around 95 degrees, is this a normal temp?

Depending on what's going on - Yes. I've not been using my phone this morning and I just pulled it out of my shirt pocket and the battery is running 88 degrees right now.
