Per discussion after waiting an hour for my local store to check out my phone, most stores are out of stock of any Thunderbolt batteries. They are in stock online. If your battery fails (as mine seems to have done so) then you will need to wait 2 days for a replacement. If you want to buy the extended battery, don't bother calling stores. They won't have it for a few days. Order it online. Apparently most of the stores here on the east coast have called each other dozens of times, not in stock, save yourself time..
