When i had my Storm 2 i had an app that simulated a battery pull. Anyone seen anything like that for the Droid? This dropping DATA is getting worse and it isn't from the tower as doing a reset brings it right back

If the phone locks up, etc and you need to do a battery pull for RAZR, instead you can hold power button + volume down key. That will shut it off no matter what.

The so called "Battery Pull" is a hard reset. Other phones require you to pull the battery out.

Battery pull would be a soft reset, as it wipes out all current active data and reboots the phone. Going into settings and selecting a factory reset would be considered a hard reset, since it wipes out everything you've added from day one (but of course being able to re-sync contacts/etc) and gives it that fresh, new feeling.
