How is the battery life on the Charge comparing to the Thunderbolt? Is it horrible as well or it can hold its own?

    Can anyone comment?

Some of the reviews were saying they were getting better battery life compared to the thunderbolt. Most say with heavy use you can get a full days use out of it.

Battery life is better. Partly due to the larger capacity battery. We will have to wait for more testing to get an accurate measurement. I predict the battery will be 50% better than Thunderbolt.

Engadget review says they got two full days of use, under normal operating conditions.

Edit: 9am to 9pm the next night, so, a day and a half roughly.

I got a day out of the unit I have under heavy use. That includes a lot of 4g data and gps use.

Certainly - I noted that when I played with the phone at CES in Jan, it had a 1500mAh battery. That was upped to 1600mAh for production models. Samsung was obviously paying attention to battery life.

Let's just hope Samsung actually updates it to gingerbread honeycomb ect. That would be a great move on Samsungs part
